With more than 10 years’ experience as a project-based consultant for not-for-profits, I’ve worked with teams ranging from 5-person horizontal co-ops to 70,000-employee centralised charities. I’ve learned that the people side of change is more critical to success than the solutions implemented.

I partner with NFPs, Co-Ops, and B Corps to bring their future state to life, using the Change Management Prosci ADKAR methodology enriched by Sociocratic facilitation, Lean process mapping, Business Analysis, Permaculture Design, Emotional Intelligence and Nonviolent Communication practices.
